Item Description: uts cum atvm thermal tickets. 1. top coated thermal paper: 1. a top coated thermal paper which forms sharp and dark image of the printed matter produced by thermal printer. 2. ther thermal impre ssion should remain legible for 90 days. 3. the thermal coating should be protected by an over coating to form a barrier between the thermal coating and environmemntal factors. the thermal coating should be able to retain its property for six months so as to meet the parameter specified in "2" above. 2. paper characteristics: image color black 3. pre- printing of serial number: the serial number of ticket will be printed by foolproof machine numbering only. 4. ink to be used for numbering of tickets: should be done by special indelible ink so that number cannot be erased. 5.top of the ticket: there should be a top band in full solid of 8 mm +/- 1mm. 6. position of numbering of t ickets: 1. tickets numbering first four digits in 3 mm height (+/- 0.5mm). 2. tickets numbering last four digits in 4 mm height (+/- 0.5mm) 7. running matter: printed hindi and english railway logo should have 10% tint in the b ackground of ticket on front side and uv logos on back side of ticket as background and superimposed with blue text matter. 8. paper width: 86mm +/- 1mm 9. paper length: 64 mm+/- 1mm 10. printable width: 78 mm+/- 1mm 11. printable length: 59 mm +/- 1mm 12. paper weight: minimum 130 gsm 13. paper type: thermal sensitivity c oating on front side, i.e., the side on which the ticket numbering is to be done. 14. roll capacity: 500 tickets. 15. c ore diameter: inner core dia: 38mm +/- 1mm, outer core dia: 45mm +/- 1mm 16. black mark recognition for utter of printer: pre-printed black mark of width: 86 mm & height: 4 mm on the reverse of each ticket at the bottom.
