Item Description: 9kva transformer 750v/415v/190v ac, 3-phase,star-star-star, dry type,air co oled for lhb type coaches, as per drawing: rdso/pe//spec/tl/0158-2010,rev-0,type-1, packing i nstruction: alternator,rru, erru &accessories, transformer,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inverter, change over control box etc: sui tably covered with biodegradable transparent polythene and packed in wooden ca ge: bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick &should have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in wooden cage of suitable dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each strip should not be more t hen 100mm. the material used for product packaging shall be eco-friendly.a list sh ould be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, description of the it em, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firm's name &address and date of despatch etc. note-1.the item &its packing shall carry a qr code containing the details as listed below (qr c ode to be affixed near name plate of item &on top of packing) a)name of the manufa cturer <manuname> b)purchaseorder number <pono> c)purchaseorder date <podt > d)uniqueserial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manu sno>or <manulno> e)dateof manufacture <manudate> f)deliverychallan no. <delch alno> g)deliverychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and the data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed above. 3.in cas e the above details are not available, or the qr codes are not readable, the supplie d material is liable to be rejected.
