Procurement of the date of acceptance of the software shall be considered as actual start date for software maintenance support services payment for the maintenance support services for items mentioned at s no 6 to 8 shall be made on quarterly basis post completion of the quarter in equated instalments maintenance support charges for the first year i e from the actual date of acceptance to 27 02 2025 shall be paid on pro rata basis for the item at s no 6 above , the price of supply portion should not exceed 40 of the total quoted price and the price of training component should not exceed 3 of the total quoted value if the price of mentioned component exceed the given limit value same shall be paid in the last invoices , primavera software training and other related items
