Item Description: supply, installation testing & commissioning of (1) electric driven oil cooled screw air compressor 77 cfm, capacity 13 bar along with air receiver tank, capacity 1000 liters, refrigerator air dryer refrigerator 13 bar, 114 cfm along with necessary pneumatic pipe line connections, non-return valves, isolation ball valves , sa fety valves and pressure gauges. 2. dismantling of existing old pneumatic pipeline system in bogie shop & whe el shop and supply, installation, testing & commissioning of new m.s pipe ,main line of size 63 mm class c con forming to is: 1239 ( length 976 meters) & m.s pipe drop line of size 15 mm class c conforming to is: 1239 (len gth 280 meters) including all accessories flange, tees, reducers, structural steel supports and clamps , necessar y civil work, etc. including lift to all heights, welding, jointing, painting and insert rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, isolati on valves, frl, auto drain valves, pressure gauges , quick coupling etc. as required shall be painted with two co ats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer post a proper surface preparation. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
