Item Description: supply and installation of industrial ventilation slider upvc enclosure and associated accessories and acrylic surface painting as per specifications: 1) retrofitting and realignment of mild steel frame of size 35 sq .ft - 2 nos/set, 2) upvc sliding enclosure with gas ventilation traps made of 65 mm upvc extrusions, 75mm slid er extrusions and 6 mm toughened glass of size 35 sq ft - 2 nos/set, 3) plaining of all composite and metal surfa ce measuring 1200 sq ft, 4) acid resistant epoxy coating of the surfaces followed by weather proof acrylic-enam el based spray painting two coats, 5) fluid inlet system and discharge unit made of 16 meters length of 2 inch cp vc pipes along with 6 nos of custom bends, nozzles - 5 nos/set, 6) discharge gravity chamber with standard acc essories - 2 nos/set.
