Item Description: rail dolly with chain sling asssembly for transprtation of concrete sle eper of railways track. the chain sling assembly shall have a suitable gripper asse mbly preferably scissor calmp type as terminal fitting to grip concrete sleeper (b g) from m.s. inserts(inside dia 22 mm) attached in sleeper. the sleeper grip assembly su ch that it grips concrete sleepers firmly for transportation without attaching an y special arrangment clamp to confrete sleepers working load limt of chain sling assembly and its component shall not be less than 0.5 tones the chain sling assemb ly shal in comformity with various provision laid owoin in is 27620-198. the nominal siz e of individual master link, joinnig link, intermediate link, o-ring, eye hook etc. shall be compatible with chain. the nominal reach (length) of chain sling assembly shall be 1 000 mm (approx) . the sleepers gripper assembly shall be treated in a similar manner a s eye hook mentioned in is 3822-1982 make/brand- lakshmi brand or similar self make. (warrant y period up to 30 months from the date of supply). [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
