Item Description: srph154079-mri conditional pacing system with accessories for delivery o f cardiac resynchronization therapy. system should include a current generation mri conditional crt pulse generator, bipolar steroid-eluting atrial and ventricula r leads and a left ventricular ( coronary sinus ) lead and accessories ( lead introd ucers, sheaths or guiding catheters etc.,). should provide independently program mable right and left ventricular pulse outputs and interventricular delay ( with t he choices of right ventricular alone, left ventricular alone or biventricular pac ing as well as the choice of which ventricle is to be paced first with optimization of delay for pacing of other ventricle ). should have features like negative av hyster esis and triggered modes for continuous delivery of crt. should have advanced fe atures for detection and management and prevention of atrial tachycardias and a trial fibrillation as well as detailed data storage of all arrhythmias and therapy a s well as trends over time. should have features for management of atrial fibrilla tion including mode switch, ventricular rate management etc., pulse generator sh ould be suitable for use with either an endocardial lv lead or an epimyocardial lea d for lv stimulation. lv leads should have optimal features for introduction, positi oning and fixation and documented low displacement rates.
