Item Description: manufacture and supply of welding portions for fusion welding of 60kg/60e1 (r-260 grade) rails by alumino thermic process with nomi nal gap of 25 mm using cap/ oxy lpg/ oxy propane preheating with 3 piece mould (zr-washed) manually pressed /core shooted with auto tapping thimble & single shot crucible. applicable rdso specification is irs t-19-2021 rev.7.0, applicable schedule of technical requirement (str) is td g0017, ver 4.0, list of required consumables as per annexure. (the alteration in drawing, schedule of technical requirement (str) and specification s issued by rdso up to ten days prior to tender closing date shall be applicable to this tender).
