Item Description: manufacture and supply of portions for fusion welding of 60kg/60e1 (r260 grade) rail and 60 kg ( 90uts) rail with 25mm gap by alumino thermit process using compressed air petrol system/oxy lpg/ oxy pr opane pre-heating with 3 piece prefabricated mould (zircon washed) manually pressed/core shooted with a uto tapping thimble and single shot crucible with latest alterations. • applicable rdso specification is irs t-19-2 021 rev.7.0, • applicable str (schedule of technical requirement) is tdg0017, ver 4.0, • list of required cons umables as per annexure - a. (the alteration in drawing, schedule of technical requirement (str) and specific ations issued by rdso up to one day prior to tender opening date shall be applicable to this tender) [ warranty p eriod: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
