Item Description: "supply at site, testing of lt in door panel , made of crca sheet steel of 2 mm thickness and over all dimension, (hxwxd) = (2300x2000x900) mm . feeder pillar will have 800a tpn copper bus bar of 99.9% pu rity (electrolytic grade) having (50x10) sq.mm cross section for phase and (50 x5 ) sq.mm for neutral bus bar .p hase phase gap min. 75mm, phase to neutral min. 50mm& phase to body will be 50mm.all bus bar will be colour coded & to be fitted on dmc insulator..it will have ms channel (75x40x6)mm of size. panel comprising of two n os. acb of rating 800a , breaking capacity65ka 4p,415v mdo operational voltage690v with all necessary relate d units including digital voltmeter, ammeter, energy meter, ct etc. as incoming , one no. 630amp, 4 pole415v on load change over switch and ( 2 nos. 630a 4 pole 65ka 415v mccbs- 2 nos with necessary accessories , 400amp 4 pole 65ka 415v mccbs- 2 nos. with necessary accessories, 250amp 4 pole 55ka 415v mccbs- 2 with necessary accessories) as outgoing with volt meter , ammeter,indication lamp etc. as per is specification & cee/grcs' specification(ifany) a with latest amendment ( if any) . all mccbs are with adjustable thermal an d fixed magnetic setting and necessary protection arrangement as required to complete the work in all respect. all accessories are to be provided to complete the work in all respect. as per direction of elect.(g) supervisor rai lway site incharge. the item should be as per is specification & cee/ser/grc office specification(if any) with l atest amendment. the item should follow the pcee/ser/grc office specification vide no-cee/p/56/301/maint enance dt 12.12.2022 & latest (if any). each panel should consist of energy meter (digital whole current meter) positively. make:-panel confirming to is specification(if any) with cpri&erda test certification with approval of dee/g/adra. equipment make- l&t/havell/abb/siemens with approval of dee/g/adra.erection cost include s the cost of dismantling of old one (if any) & the cost of installation of new one as per site requirment( as advise d by railway site incharge) with all necessary accessories to complete the work in all respect."
