Item Description: lower spring seat for motor coach (fabricated)-(qr code as per cde/rcf lett er no. md44121 dt. 24.11.2021.), as per drawing: emu/m-0-1-020 alt 'l' and mdst-151 rev.'0', packing in struction: helical spring/axle guide assembly/lower spring seat/ protective tube asse mbly (pl nos:- 30986242, 31010088, 30037542, 31017010, 30010676, 35017028, 30010913, 31010301) eac h item to be properly wrapped with biodegradable transparent plastic sheet & sub sequently 16 nos. of each item wrapped are to be packed in wooden cage having ade quate strength. wooden spacers having adequate strength to be provided betwee n wrapped items to prevent rubbing against each other during transportation/loa ding/unloading. suitable eco friendly cushioning material should be used. bottom f rame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick & should have support of at least 3 w ooden battens of size 100x100 mm of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fork lift er. wooden cage of suitable dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size . gap between each strip should not be more than 100mm. 3 nos steel strips to be pr ovided on both sides of wooden cage. a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing po no. , pl no., description, drawing. no./spec, qty, firm's name & address an d dispatch detail etc. for identification. transit damage if any shall be at the cost o f supplier. , proction procedure: wi100070, quality plan: n.a.
