Item Description: low height sliding storages @ 750lx450dx750ht. storage top- shall be made of 2 5mm thick prelam (osl) particle board for low height prelam storage up to 750 height and above 750mm height 18mm thick prelam (osl) particle board is used. both the 25mm and 18mm thick prelam (osl) particle board c onfirming to is 12823: 1990 with 2mm thick pvc lipping glued with kliberit-779.6 glue. storage top is under goes f rom distributed load test for deflection by applying 0.027kg/mm load on top and concentric load test by applying 90kg load on weaker section. load carrying capacity of 18mm thick shelf shall be 25kgs udl. storage body- th e construction shall be aesthetically appealing completely knock down construction .side panel and back panel is made from 18 mm prelam (osl) particle board conforming to is 12823:1990;. all the exposed edges are with 2 mm pvc lipping& sealed edges are with 0.8mm thick pvc lipping. both the lh & rh side panel and back panel are connected with each other by using fittings such as minifix & dowels. shelf can be made up of 18mm prelam (bsl) particle board confirming to is 12823: 1990 with 2mm thick pvc lipping glued with kliberit-779.6 glue. shelf is mounted on shelf pin and self-height can be adjusted with in the limit. in bottom leveler of storage should have provision for wiring. prelam shutter- the complete storage shall have two shutters of 18mm thick prelam (osl) particle board confirming to is 12823: 1990 with 2mm thick pvc lipping glued with kliberit-779.6 glue and are slidi ng shutter . flush pvc handle is used in both the shutter and hettich make. black color pvc door strip and multi -purpose square lock (hettich or ebco) is used. the product shall be from bifma 5.1 & 7.1 & bifma member ship, griha, green pro, india design mark, iso 45001, iso 14001 & iso 50001 certified company and is sued by reputed certification bodies? recognized by the national accreditation board for certification bodies, (na bcb)/member of international accreditation forum (iaf). complete as per the approved sample and as per the di rection of engineer-in-charge. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
