Item Description: honeycomb partition frame set with al fr hpl sheet for lhb scn coach as per technical specification no mdts-097 rev. 01 in which hpl sheet should be as per m dts-26337 rev. 00 instead of mdts-086 noted in clause 2.3, as per drawing: mp24hplhoneyco m version 0, packing instruction no. pi118 ver1.0: honeycomb partition frames: 1 each honey comb partition frame to be wrapped individually in hdpe sheet for moisture proofi ng 2 the partition frames to be layed in staggered manner in the wooden case, so t hat joint of one frame does not fall exactly over the joint of another frame whic h is placed just above or below it. suitable cushioning material should be used in c orners and sides to protect the edges of honeycomb partition frames and materia l should be closely packed. 3 one package should not contain material belonging t o more than one coach set and grouping should be prefered of similar sizes. 4 woo den case to be used for packing of not more than five layers of partition frames p er case. the case to be made of atleast 25 mm thick wood on the four sides with atle ast 10 mm thick wood covers on top and bottom. 5 wooden logs of atleast 75x75 mm to be provided across the top and bottom covers at diatance of not more than 800 mm depending upon the size of the packing. these are required for strengthening of the covers and to provide access for the forks of the fork lift trucks for han dling within rcf. 6 each packing to be marked with permanent marker on four sides or alternatively a packing slip covered in waterproof polyethene can be fixed on a ll four sides indicating contents i.e drg no. and qty ; supplier identification, po no a nd date. also packing should have indication like ?,2/4 etc ( i.e 4 packings will make 1 s et_ so that one complete set can be easiliy identified. 7 besides above guidelines , su pplier to ensure by suitable means that the material packed should remain intact d uring transit and opened storage in rcf. [ warranty period: 84 months after the date of delivery ]
