Item Description: feeder junction box for lhb coach with bio toilet., as per drawing: edts328.re v-c,am-7,type-2., packing instruction: alternator,rru, erru &accessories, transformer,bu lk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inverter, change ove r control box etc: suitably covered with biodegradable transparent polythene an d packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick &s hould have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suitable leng th to facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in wooden cage of sui table dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each stri p should not be more then 100mm. the material used for product packaging shall be eco-friendly.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, description of the item, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firm's name &address and date of des patch etc. note-1.the item &its packing shall carry a qr code containing the details as listed below (qr code to be affixed near name plate of item &on top of packing) a) name of the manufacturer <manuname> b)purchaseorder number <pono> c)purcha seorder date <podt> d)uniqueserial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the m anufacturer <manusno>or <manulno> e)dateof manufacture <manudate> f)deliver ychallan no. <delchalno> g)deliverychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall b e as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and the data shall be available as xml using the tags de tailed above. 3.in case the above details are not available, or the qr codes are not readable, the supplied material is liable to be rejected.
