Item Description: drive wheel assembly to suit unique make 80 ton capacity surface traverser (sr. no. bm-005) f itted with complete child parts as - 1. bearing covers (is :2062 e250-br) - 1 set of 04 nos. 2. bearing no. 22222 e with l- type bearing housing (is :2062 e 250br) - 02 nos. 3. m6 grease nipples - 04 nos, 4. m20 hex head b olt with nut and spring washer -04 nos. 5. m12 hex head screw with spring washers - 16 nos. 6. spacer - 01 n o. 7. parallel key (18mm thickness x 32mm width x 140mm length) - 01 no. 8. long axle - 01 no. 9. 560 mm tre ad dia drive wheel as following specifications - tread diameter of wheel- 560 mm, collar of the wheel- 25 mm, d epth of collar-20mm wheel- double collar type wheel, thickness of the wheel- 150 mm, bore of wheel- 120 mm, key way in wheel-32 mm (through). note:-i) material of drive wheel- confirming to specifications as per 55c8 of is: 1570/79, surface hardness on wheel tread & collar: 300 +- 50 bhn, ii) material of long axle- confirming to sp ecifications as per bs 970:1955 en24, hardness ? min 300 bhn iii) the bearing shall be of skf/fag/ntn mak e only and pre dispatch visual inspection certificate (pdi) from the authorized representative of the bearing manuf acture. iv) the fasteners shall be high tensile quality of lps/unbrako/tvs make only. v) ultrasonic inspection certificate shall be provided from nabl approved lab along with supply. vi) material test certificate shall be pro vided from nabl approved lab along with supply. vii) hardness test certificate shall be provided along with sup ply.
