Item Description: design, supply, fitment and installation of integrated accessories for m eeting room conference module with concealed electrical and data cabling along with ducts and termination junction with easy access as per following specificatio ns. size of conference module: 35mm table top , l-10650mm x d-2700mm x h- 750mm with a combination of straight modules of size:- l-1350m x d-600mm x h-750mm (14 nos.) centre b-1500mm and head display module of size: - l-600mm x d-600mm x h-750mm (1 set). the mo dules to be made with 36mm thick nfc boards, with 32 cubic feet of grid space as con cealed plane, with twin access to the module center which is of dimensions 8 ft x 2 f t x 2ft. the module is formed with 35 mm solid nfc frame and made of 23 mm thickness high density nfc boards with 1mm thickness acrylic laminates and edge sealants wi th separate modules openable to electrical and data terminal stacking. the modul e is equipped with 16 terminals of concealed pop up electrical points ( 6 amp socket /switch)(havells/legrand/mk) and 14 pop up concealed data terminals (lan ports) wit h redundancy options with 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper cables 400 meters (havells/orbit/ finolex), and cat 6 cables (d-link/ zebronics/havells) : 400 meters to switch, hdmi cabl es 40 meters x 3 nos ,all in structured abs cable trays and surface concealed with 40 meter length of trench work and epoxy putty filling. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
