Tender Description:
Dismantling of old Existing Battery Bank II located at ODY. Supply & installation of 110V, 800Ah battery bank consisting of 56no.s of battery cells each 2Volts. The capacity of the bank should be 800AH at the 10hrs rate of discharge to 1.85V per cell at 27 deg Celsius. Supply & installation of Inter Tier connectors for the above battery cells. Supply & filling of Sulphuric acid of 1.190 specific gravity at 27deg. Celsius sufficient for first filling of the batteries along with 10percent spare. Supply & erection of battery stand with anti Sulphuric acid coating and complete with cell number plates, suitable stand insulators as per standard layout. Testing (Type tests at Manufacturers premises & Acceptance tests at Purchaser premises) & commissioning of 110V, 800AH battery bank. Buy back of old released OPzS Battery bank consisting of 56 cells of 800Ah. Supply of necessary accessories like hydrometer, rubber gloves, voltmeter, Apron, thermometer with mounting holder etc as per Section III Technical specification and scope of work.
