Item Description: design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of heavy-duty e levator with machine room and gear less type 6 persons/408kg capacity,1.25m/s, centre opening sliding door, d ouble door type, with 5 stops and 5openings with two years warranty as per cpwd specification for electrical wo rks (part-iii - lifts& escalators)-2003 with latest amendments including 5 years comprehensive annual mainten ance contract.(rate for comprehensive annual maintenance contract for 5 years after completion of two years warranty period to be quoted separately apart from the rate of elevator).provision for sending sms message to minimum10 pre specified phone numbers for identified unusual occurrences should be available in the controller and to be provided. the elevator shall be with cctv inside the lift car connecting to security systems through wir eless/wifi if any and audio announcement with additional technical parameters for passenger lift circulated by hq letters dated 14.09.2023 & 09.10.2023 .the lift should be installed at type ii staff quarters, chikjajur -nethravathi building (g+4 building consisting of 16 quarters) and sharavathi building (g+4 building consisting of 16 quarters )-2 nos and davangere type ii staff quarters with quarter nos 83a to p -1 no and to be accommodated in alrea dy constructed lift well. lift door side wall closed for safety purpose at site to be dismantled during the time of inst allation as per clause no.5.1 of chapter i of cpwd specification and any other minor building work required for in stallation as per clause no.5-chapter i of cpwd specification including complete structural modification as per sit e requirement, power supply arrangements, earthing pit and restoration back the surface to normal condition. the bidder shall get himself acquainted with the site condition to know the exact amount of work involved before quoti ng. [ warranty period: 24 months after the date of delivery ]
