Procurement of , hiring charges for monthly average run of 1600 km subject to the maximum cap of 2000 km in any single month and including charges for 1 driver alongwith costs for spares lubricants consumables traffic obligations statutory charges and fees etc minimum run shall be 1200 km monthly guranteed payment towards minimum run shall be made at this same per km rate minimum run shall be checked for after adding up the monthly actual runs over a period of one year i e 14400 km shall be the yearly minimum guaranteed run note guaranteed payment for minimum run shall not be on single montlhly period basis and even though guaranteed payment s for monthly minimum run for1200 km is made in any month months it they shall be adjusted towards the end of one year period in the for the yearly minimum guranteed run in the manner as stated , overtime charges for stay beyond normal duty time of 9 hours limited to 60 hours per mont and other related items
