Item Description: supply of set of cushioned four seater complete & top cushioned lugga ge rack for lhb non-ac general coach (lws). one set consisting of (1) 01 nos. cushion ed four seater complete as per mcf drawing no. mlg61119, alt- b, item 1 to 12 in assem bled condition. conforming to note no. 1 to 5, 7 to 12 & 14 to 15 of drawing (2) 01 nos. to p cushioned luggage rake as per rcf drawing no. mlg10151, alt- a, item 1 to 14 in assem bled condition, conforming to note no. 1 to 11 of drawing. cushioning material shou ld be flexible load bearing polyurethane (pu) foam with density 65+-5kg/m3 conformi ng to spn no. rdso/2007/cg-04 issue dt. 29.08.2023 and en 45545 hl3, rev-01 & upholstery co nforming to rdso/2008/cg-07, rev-01. in terms of rdso spn. all works test reports to be submitted at the time of delivery. supply is acceptable only from rdso/icf/rcf/mc f approved sources. [ warranty period: 54 months after the date of delivery ]
