Item Description: conference mid back chair: mid back dimension-overall height - 1050 mm and overall width - 660 mm seat height - 570 mm back height - 540 mm seat width - 485 mm. headrest height - 160 mm low ba ck dimension- overall height - 1060 mm and overall width - 660 mm,seat height - 470 mm, back height - 540 mm seat width - 485 mm. head rest should be provided for high back. head rest should be height adjustable. ba ck rest should be made up of mesh having 100% polyester. back rest shoud have adjustable lumbar support. ba ck rest to be tested with 45 kg, 120000 cycles @ 10-30 cycles / min seat should be made of hr foam fitted on 12 mm ply with fabric upholstery and plastic cover and should have waterfall edge for ergonomic seating. seat d epth adjustment should be provided. seatrest should be tested with 55 kg on seat, 120000 cycles @ 10-30 cycle s / min mechanism - mechanism should be synchrony with 1:3 ratio. it should have knee tilt mechanism with se at slide. it should be bifma compliant and tested with 109 kg on seat for 3,00,000 cycles. armrest - armrest sh ould be adjustable. 4d armrest with pu pad on top. it should be bifma compliant. armrest should be tested with 41 kg on each arm, 60000 cycles gaslift - gaslift should have minimum 100 mm stroke length and should be bi fma compliant and tested with 122kg on seat, for 60,000 cycles rotation @ 5-10 rotation / min. base - base sho uld be aluminium die cast base and should be bifma compliant and tested for 1450 kg of load. castors- castors should be twin wheel castors having 60 mm dia. it should be bifma compliant and tested with 102 kg on seat fo r 1,00,000 cycles. fabric - 100% polyester. fabric should be fire retardant and should have passed cigarette bu d test. foam - hr foam and (*** few supporting specs as per our offering***). supplier should be a bifma me mber since past 7 years continuously. the product shall be from bifma 5.1 & 7.1 & bifma membership, gr iha, green pro, india design mark, iso 45001, iso 14001 & iso 50001 certified company and issued by re puted certification bodies? recognized by the national accreditation board for certification bodies, (nabcb)/me mber of international accreditation forum (iaf). complete as per the approved sample and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
