Item Description: capacitor bank for lhb eog type power car coaches, as per drawing: edml130 ,rev-1,cor-5 ,type-ii, packing instruction: as per standard packing. it should be ensured th at item should not rub during transportation. the item should be packed with adeq uate strength. transit damage , if any , shall be at the cost of supplier. note-1.the it em &its packing shall carry a qr code containing the details as listed below(qr cod e to be affixed near name plate of item &on top of packing) a)nameof the manufactu rer <manuname> b)purchaseorder number <pono> c)purchaseorder date <podt> d) uniqueserial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno >or <manulno> e)dateof manufacture <manudate> f)deliverychallan no. <delchaln o> g)deliverychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 mo del2 and the data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed above. 3. in case t he above details are not available, or the qr codes are not readable, the supplied material is liable to be rejected.
