Bank desires to acquire a minimum two ( 02 ) Hotel rooms on lease basis for a minimum period of five ( 05 ) years for opening of new Holiday Home at Andaman Islands. The terms and conditions and desired services, amenities and specifications for the Rooms are as per Annexure- 1. The offers are invited under two bid system ( Technical Bid & Financial Bid ) from eligible, reputed and bonafide Hotel Owners ( except brokers ) having capacity to provide two fully furnished rooms for setting up Holiday Home at Andaman Islands for the Bank for a period of 05 years.
