Item Description: ac drive 37kw/50hp. supply & testing of ac drive specification; 1.ac drive required to drive squi rrel cage im:37kw/50hp, 3ph, 415vac, 50hz, 4pole/6pole, s4 duty for crane hoist/ lt, application. 2.ac driv e mains supply:3ph, 380-400vac 50hz. 3.ac drive o/p rating, high overload capacity:37kw 4.drive o/p rating , normal ol capacity:45kw 5.panel mounting type, protection:ip-20 6.drive to work without encoder feedback s ystem with suitable current feedback system for speed control with required braking chopper, rfi & emc filter. 7.drive with inbuilt protection system: drive overload, excessive load, ground fault, heatsink over temp., motor o ver load, over speed limit, over voltage, under voltage, short circuit etc. 8.ac drive to work from digital inputs in, up/down or forward/reverse direction & in jog, start, stop, speed-1, speed-2 & speed-3 mo des. 9.drive with standard minimum; 6 digital i/ps, 2 digital o/ps, 2 analog i/ps, 1 analog o/p & 2 relay o/ps. 10.drive shall have hmi with touchpad key mounted to display various operating parameters in english. hmi wit h editing drive parameters & self-monitoring watch dog facility to display fault & alarm indications. 11.drive softw are program for crane duty be supplied in soft copy. 12. cable to communicate between laptop & ac drive be s upplied & operating manual in hard copy. 13.joint inspection at rwf, rwf will make necessary cable connecti ons to the rated capacity im & ac drive. supplier has to test ac drive for rated capacity induction motor on the crane/equipment & tuned parameters in soft copy. 14.make:danfoss vlt automation drive fc-302 series or ab power flex 755 series or siemens s-120 series or abb acs-880-m04 series or yaskawa ga-700 series only. 15.while tendering, firm to mention; make,series & complete model no & attach technical catalogue of ac drive with tender offer. 16. warranty: 18 months from d.o.supply or 12 months from d.o.commissioning, which ever is earlier.
