Tender Description:
BPCL Mangalore Coastal Installation commissioned in the year 2000 is situated in Baikampady near NH66. We are dealing with receipt, storage, and dispatch of petroleum products. We are receiving product at our installation through 24 dedicated pipelines for MS and HSD. Product sources are MRPL or BPCL s own product through Coastal Tankers. The factory license of MCI is MYSK1642 which is valid till 31/12/2025. We are proposing to add and amend some facilities at our location in view of Bio-Diesel Project and construction of new sample room. we need to prepare an On-site Emergency plan as per new guidelines and same needs to be approved by Factory Department. For creating the onsite emergency plan and liaisoning with factory department Bangalore and Mangalore offices and certification of the onsite emergency plan and factory Layout, we are floating this tender.
