Item Description: 70ah,110v, vrla monoblock lead acid maintenance free set with 9mdls of 12 v each precharged battery(9nosx12v), as per drawing /spec.: rdso/pe/spec/ac/0009-2014,re v-2,precharged., packing instruction: vrla batteries- first every monoblocks /cells shou ld be wrapped with corrugated card board sheet .thereafter all monoblocks /cell s should be packed together in wooden cage ,packing should be so rigid that mate rial should not be damaged during transit, lifting at shop floor. bottom frame to b e made of wooden planks 20mm thick &should have support of atleast 3 wooden bat tons of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fork lifter.each panel to be packed i n wooden cage of suitable dimension made out of wooden strip of 20x100mm size .ga p between each strips should not be more than 100mm.every material used in packin g should be eco friendly/ environment friendly.a list should be pasted on each wo oden cage showing non-spillable,order no.pl no ,description of item,drg/spec no ,q ty,firms name, &date of dispatch etc. note-1.the item &its packing shall carry a qr c ode containing the details as listed below(qr code to be affixed near name plate of item &on top of packing) a)nameof the manufacturer <manuname> b)purchaseorder number <pono> c)purchaseorder date <podt> d)uniqueserial number (or lot numbe r for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno>or <manulno> e)dateof manufact ure <manudate> f)deliverychallan no. <delchalno> g)deliverychallan date <delcha ldt> 2. the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and the data shall be availabl e as xml using the tags detailed above. 3. in case the above details are not available, or the qr codes are not readable, the supplied material is liable to be rejected.
