Item Description: 5kva transformer,415/190v,3phase dry type, as per drawing: edts366,rev-nil,cor -2., packing instruction: alternator,rru, erru &accessories, transformer,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inverter, change over control b ox etc: suitably covered with biodegradable transparent polythene and packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick &should have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suitable length to facilit ate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in wooden cage of suitable dimen sions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each strip should n ot be more then 100mm. the material used for product packaging shall be eco-frien dly.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, descripti on of the item, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firm's name &address and date of despatch etc . note-1.the item &its packing shall carry a qr code containing the details as listed below (qr code to be affixed near name plate of item &on top of packing) a)name of the manufacturer <manuname> b)purchaseorder number <pono> c)purchaseorder date <podt> d)uniqueserial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufactu rer <manusno>or <manulno> e)dateof manufacture <manudate> f)deliverychallan no. <delchalno> g)deliverychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per is o/iec 18004 model2 and the data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed abo ve. 3.in case the above details are not available, or the qr codes are not readable, t he supplied material is liable to be rejected.
