Item Description: 3kva transformer ,750v/415v,3 phase dry type for lhb hog /eog high capaci ty parcel van (lvph) coach., as per drawing: edts409 rev-nil, packing instruction: alternator,r ru, erru &accessories, transformer,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inverter, change over control box etc: suitably covered with bio degradable transparent polythene and packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to b e made of wooden planks 20mm thick &should have support of at least 3 wooden bat tons of size 100x100mm of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each pa nel to be packed in wooden cage of suitable dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each strip should not be more then 100mm. the materi al used for product packaging shall be eco-friendly.a list should be pasted on eac h wooden cage showing order no, pl no, description of the item, drg. no/ spec. no ,q ty, firm's name &address and date of despatch etc. note-1.the item &its packing shal l carry a qr code containing the details as listed below (qr code to be affixed near name plate of item &on top of packing) a)name of the manufacturer <manuname> b)p urchaseorder number <pono> c)purchaseorder date <podt> d)uniqueserial numbe r (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno>or <manulno> e)da teof manufacture <manudate> f)deliverychallan no. <delchalno> g)deliverychalla n date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and the data sh all be available as xml using the tags detailed above. 3.in case the above details are not available, or the qr codes are not readable, the supplied material is liable to b e rejected.
