Item Description: 9kva transformer 750v/415v/190v ac, 3-phase,star-star-star, dry type,air co oled for lhb type coaches, as per drawing: rdso/pe//spec/tl/0158-2010,rev-0,type-1 alongwith doc.edml 225 & corr-1., packing instruction: alternator,rru, erru &accessories, transforme r,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inverter, change over control box etc: suitably covered with biodegradable transparent polythen e and packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thic k &should have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suitable l ength to facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in wooden cage o f suitable dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each strip should not be more then 100mm. the material used for product packaging sha ll be eco-friendly.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, description of the item, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firm's name &address and date of despatch etc. note-1.the item &its packing shall carry a qr code(optional) contai ning the details as listed below (qr code(optional) to be affixed near name plate of item &on top of packing) a)name of the manufacturer <manuname> b)purchaseorder number <pono> c)purchaseorder date <podt> d)uniqueserial number (or lot numbe r for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno>or <manulno> e)dateof manufact ure <manudate> f)deliverychallan no. <delchalno> g)deliverychallan date <delcha ldt> 2.the qr code(optional) shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and the data shall b e available as xml using the tags detailed above. 3.in case the above details are not available, or the qr code(optional)s are not readable, the supplied material is liabl e to be rejected.
