M/S Smart Service. is the authorised dealer of both the OEM ( HI-TECH and KENT ) of the water purifiers installed at Haldia Coastal Installation ,Swati Complex and BPCL Staff Quarter, Padmapukur and hence it is sought to float the single party tender for the CAMC of the 4 Nos. of RO Plant and 36 Nos. of Kent Roto the OEM authorized vendor M/S Smart Service as per Clause 6.1.5.IX & 26 of Guidelines for Procurement of Goods & Contract Services (July 2015),
