Item Description: set of carline for lhb gs amrit bharat coach. note : special condition as per annexure-abc dy cple-iii letter no. rcf/hsq/plg/mpsh/510003 dated 27/05/2024., as per drawing: mp24clwwgs version 0, packing instruction: carline assly the supplier shall pack t he three c/set (segments) of carlines in a suitably designed robust returnable met allic cage/structure in such a way that carlines shall not get entangle, damaged, twisted, dented during transportation, storage, handling and lifting and to avoid scratches on outer surface suitable environment friendly cushioning material is to be placed between two segments, transit damage if any shall be at the cost of s upplier. the packing cage/structure to be fabricated by using sq. tubes channels/a ngles having sufficient strength to bear approximate 1.5 tonne material load in sta tic & moving condition of three coach set of carline. the bottom part of this packin g cage/pallet should be such that curvature profile of bottom carline should mat ch with the profile of packing cage and it can accommodate fork lifter arms for li fting and transportation. it should have standard clamping/fastening mechanism t o facilitate easy unpacking & unloading. it should have firm's identification/color m ark. the packing cages along with set of carlines supplied in one lot be retained by rcf & this cage set shall be exchanged in the second lot supply and so on. at the en d of the contract, the firm shall collect the remaining returnable packing cages f rom rcf. it should also be suitable for storage of carline under open sky. packing slip should be pasted on each cage showing p.o. no., pl no., description,drg. no./spe c, , qty. , firm's name and address & despatch date etc. for identification. [ warranty pe riod: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
