Item Description: total knee replacement kit - make : zimmer , smith & nephew or johnson & johnson. - containing tibial tray,tibial insert, femoral component,cement hv as per specification : (1)tib ial prosthesis properties:- polyethylene properties: cross linking (improved polyethylene wear properti es) sterilized by irradiation up to 5 mradas dose in one dosage. (2)tibial insert -tray propertiey:- tr ay-insert locking mechanism: plays a pivotal role in reducing the amount of micro motion between the tibia insert and tibia tray. (3)femoral component: round corona; geometry, multi-radii components allowing easy gli ding and nearly normal kinematics. (4)bone cement in grams (5)saw blade for tkr (6)pulse lavage additio nal specification: left/right :-side specific designs sizing adopted to asian population, bone cement. no te: (1) the vendor agrees to supply the instrumentation set and proper drill and sa w at time of every surgery for use as and when case posted at railway main hospit al, dahod. (2) this will be in the nature of rate contract and supplier will be asked t o supply the material as and when required. (3) non moving size has to be replaced with moving size during surgery if required free of cost.
