Item Description: supply and fitment of stainless steel 3-seater/2-seater seat profile for conversion of pol y-carbonate seat to stainless steel seat (conforming to ss 304, bead blast finish) in siemens type coa ches. consisting of 1.6 mm thick sheet for seat top, 3 mm thick sheet for end plate, 3 mm thick sheet fo r stiffener & dia 18 mm rod for boss components with required hardware as per design/drg no. wr/sk /m/cr-1145 for 3-seater & drg. no.wr/sk/m/cr-1146 . for 2-seater. 01 set consisting of 280 nos. 03 seater an d 64 nos. 02 seater with required hardware as per drawing. [note-quantity in tender is 12 set means 12 rake seat s ets. for 2 seater, 01 rake set means 280 seat sets i.e. 12 sets equivalent to 280 x 12 = 3360 nos and for 3 seater, 01 rake set means 6 4 seat sets i.e. 12 sets equivalent to 64 x 12 = 768 nos.] [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
